2017- 18    Jermaine Defoe on a free from Sunderland, Connor Maloney signs from Blackburn

2017- 18    AFCB has identified the preferred location of new stadium to be in Kings Park, 2021.
2017- 18    Lewis Cook from bench plays first game for England Seniors
2017- 18    AFCB finish 12th with 44 points and achieve another season in the Premier League
2017- 18    Lewis Cook signs a new 4 year deal, Artor Boruc signs 1 year deal.
2017- 18    Nathan Ake Takes majority of end of season player awards.

2018- 19    Preseason games at Dean Court after a preseason in Spain. Real Betis lost and a win                        against  Olympic Marsaille.
2018- 19    New signings include Diego Rico for 10m
and James Brooks for 10m, Jefferson Lerma                       who breaks the club record signing for 25m. Harry Arter goes on 1yr loan to Cardiff.

2018- 19    Callum Wilson plays for England Vs USA on 16th Nov 2018 and scores on his debut.

2018- 19    Dominic Solanke signs from Liverpool for 17m Nathaniel Clyne on loan.                                                Chris Mepham signs for 12m. Jermaine Defoe to Rangers on loan. Mings to Villa Loan.

                    Peak6 sell their 25% share back to Denim. Denim is now 100% owner of AFCB.                                    New training ground approved.
2019- 20    Transfer news out go Mings to Villa for 26.5m, Mousset to Sheffield Utd 10m, Pugh on                      free to Hull and Mahoney 100k. Hyndman,Surridge, Arter on loan
                    In come Chris Mepham,Arnaut Danjuma,Lloyd Kelly,Philip Billing,Jack Stacey,                                      Harry Wilson on loan.

2019- 20     Season interupted due to Covid -19, with Cherries in bottom three.................

 

2019- 20     With Cherries starting the restart in poor form they soon lost touch but better form in                       last few games with a 3-1 win at Everton on the last day lost out to Aston Villa.

2019- 20      So Cherries relegated with Norwich and Watford to the championship.

2019- 20      Eddie Howe  stands down as Manager and Jason Tindall takes charge

 

                     COVID 19 still no fans allowed to attend Dean Court. New sponsors and shirts

 

2019- 20      Nathan Ake sold to Man City for 41m, Aaron Ramsdale sold to Sheffield Utd for 18.5m

2020- 21      Won 5-3 away to West Ham to win the Betway Cup. Callum Wilson to Newcastle 20m

2020- 21      Lockdown 3 no supporters. Signed  Jack Wilshere, B.Pearson from Preston.                                        Sold J,King to Everton. Simpson and Ofoborh to Rangers

                      J.Tindall sacked after 6months. J.Woodgate brought in for assistant coach takes over                          as caretaker manager. AFCB beat Burnley to play Saints in Quarter finals F.A. Cup

                      Woodgate named Manager till end of season. G.O'neill and J.Jordan as coaches.

2020- 21       Woodgate sacked as Manager after taking AFCB to playoffs losing to Brentford.

2021- 22      Scott Parker new Manager with 3 year contract. Emiliano Marcondes signs on free.

2021- 22      New signings Kieffer Moore, Siriki Dembele, Loans Nat Phillips, Ethan Laird, Robbie                            Brady, Freddie Woodman, Todd Cantwell.

2021- 22      AFCB secured automatic promotion to the Premier League after finishing second                               place behind Fulham with Notts Forest finishing 3rd.
